Do you harbour a secret passion for singing? Perhaps you’re that person who loves to belt out tunes but has never taken the plunge to join a band, whether due to time constraints, self-doubt, or other reasons. Well, here’s your chance to shine!
After the huge success of our 2024 event, Trull Players are thrilled to host another Summer Dance in June 2025 – and we want you as our vocal stars! We’ve got a talented 5-piece band eagerly waiting to learn the songs you’ve always wanted to sing. All that’s missing is you.
If this opportunity excites you, we invite you to share your song choices with us at sing@summershindig.co.uk. This year, we’re also attaching a list of songs to choose from. While you’re welcome to suggest your own favourites, this list will help us curate the setlist and give the band some familiar tunes to work with.
The grand event is set for Saturday, June 21st, 2025, at The Memorial Hall. Prior to the big night, we’ll need you for rehearsals, so keep your schedule flexible. We’re planning to hold more rehearsals this year to ensure everyone is well-prepared.
Please note, this event is strictly for adults aged 18 and above, both performers and audience members. Apologies to the youngsters; this one’s for the grown-ups!
